Online Golden Goal

A golden goal competition brought to you by the Pars Supporters Trust

The Pars Supporters Trust are delighted to launch their online Golden Goal competition for season 2020/21 starting with this weekend’s fixture against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Entrants will be allocated a random number between 1 and 90, representing the minutes of the match, and the lucky winner will be the person with the number which matches the time that the first goal of the game was scored, according to the DAFC official website.

The winner will receive a cash prize, equal to half of the money raised, paid directly to their bank account.

Entries cost £2 each and there are no limits to the number of entries you can buy. You can even make a block payment covering multiple games, making sure you’re always in with a chance of winning.

To enter, simply email andrew@dafc.co.uk stating the number of entries you would like. You’ll be allocated a ‘time’ using a random number generator by return. Payment for your entries should be made to the PST bank account number 00662309, sort code 80-06-55 using reference ‘Golden Goal’.

The competition will be run for all Pars games this season, home and away. If any match is oversubscribed, a Final Goal competition will be run with the winner having the number which matches the time of the last goal scored. In the event of a goalless draw, the prize pot from that game will roll over to the following match. All funds raised will help the PST continue to support DAFC.

Goal times on Club website are described as follows:-
1st minute - scored up to and including 60th second
2nd minute - scored 61 seconds up to and including 120 seconds
And so on.
