PST Welcomes New Investment in DAFC

The Pars Supporters Trust are anticipating the start of an exciting new era for Dunfermline Athletic as they welcome the significant investment by DAFC Fussball GmbH, based in Hamburg.
PST Chairman and DAFC Director, Drew Main has been involved in discussions from the outset. A further two PST representatives on the Board of Pars United CIC, Gordon Milne and Karyn Forrester have also been kept fully informed throughout the transaction. The PST feel that this group are very much the right fit for DAFC going forward.
Drew Main commented “The investment group come from a football culture that very much puts supporters at the forefront of the club and recognise the important role DAFC has to play within the community. The group also bring a skillset which the PST think will be a huge asset for the club. They include many years’ experience working in the legal, finance, and marketing and sports management sectors, together with someone who has played and coached at the highest level in German football”.
We are very much looking forward to working with the new and existing Board members while continuing to represent the interests of our members and the wider fanbase.
