Centenary Club Lifeline Update - 20 March 2020

Firstly, we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has recently applied to join the Centenary Club Lifeline. The response to last week’s announcement on the suspension of the football season has been fantastic and we really cannot thank you all enough.

Now that we know we aren’t going to see a ball being kicked at East End Park for the foreseeable future, it’s not only painful for us as fans not being able to watch the mighty Pars in action, it’s also financially detrimental to the football club, the club we all love and adore.

As stated above, we’ve had a great response with the number of new applications to the Centenary Club Lifeline. So far we have received the following:–

71 New Applications
10 Returning Members

We are however hoping for an even better response this week with new applications and returning members, especially now that we know the club isn’t going to have an income for a number of months. We also completely understand that these unsettling times for the club are also mirrored in a lot of our own fans personal lives, therefore we cannot emphasise enough how much the football club appreciates your support.

With the current restrictions on mass gatherings being in place, we’ve also had to take the unfortunate step of cancelling this year’s Player of the Year event, which was due to take place at the BLCC on the 11th April. We’re still in discussions whether it will take place later on in the year or not and what format it will take.
Therefore anyone who has already purchased a ticket and would like a refund, please contact us by emailing lifeline@dafc.co.uk.

If you are planning on joining the Centenary Club Lifeline, you can do so by clicking on the link below and completing the 2 simple steps, it really is that easy!
