Borehamwood is a commuter town inside the M25 near St Albans. Pars manager Allan Johnston commented:-
“It is a different fixture and better than playing a team from your own league or even a Colt team. I would prefer to play Boreham Wood than an under 21 team, I just don’t understand why these teams come in at later rounds. I suppose that is for other people to decide.”
The Second Round ties will be played on the weekend of 8/9 September.
