Club Golf Day

On Friday 29 June 2018, Forrester Park played host to the Dunfermline Athletic Golf Day in conjunction with the Centenary Club Lifeline, 1885 Business Club and The Pars Supporters Trust.

18 Former DAFC Players including Scott Thomson, Marc Millar, Bert Paton, Hamish French, Graham Shaw and Jim McIntyre enjoyed exclusive access to the course with tee-off at 12noon. The teams enjoyed the afternoon on the course, followed by a two-course meal, raffle and auction hosted by club legend, Jim Leishman MBE.

Forrester Park also welcomed new signings Jackson and Louis Longridge and Aiden Connelly.

Vice-Chairman, Billy Braisby said: The event was a major success. I’d like to thank all the teams who took part, our special guests, former players and the staff from Forrester Park who made sure it was a truly excellent day”.

Finishing on top were Ally Hunter, Craig Leighton and James Lind, who were captained by former Pars player and manager, Jim McIntyre.
