European Championship U19 Qualifier Group 3
Scotland 3 - 3 Armenia
Stuart Morrison and Callum Smith started for Scotland in Hesperange, Luxembourg in their second qualifying round match for the European Championships.
Goals from Vahan Bichakhchyan meant that Scotland twice came back from behind. After getting ahead at 3-2 with just over 20 minutes to play, they failed to hold out to take three points. A 78th minute goal from Karen Melkonyan spoiled the Scots` night.
Callum was subbed midway through the second half but Stuart played the full match.
The result was disappointing for Donald Park`s side given the last two meetings between the countries at this level resulted in 4-0 and 6-1 wins for Scotland. Nevertheless a draw or better for Scotland versus Czech Republic in the last game on Tuesday will secure qualification to the Elite Round.
