Dunfermline ended Morton’s 364-day unbeaten home run as Nat Wedderburn’s goal earned a hard-fought but deserved win at Cappielow.
The only goal of the game came in the 16th minute. Kallum Higginbotham’s corner from the right was not dealt with by keeper Derek Gaston, who flapped at the ball, allowing it to drop to Nicky Clark at the back post to flick it across the six-yard line for WEDDERBURN to tap home.
