U19s v Civil Service
Thursday, 30th Jul 2009Servants take a sore one as Youths reach double figures in Edinburgh.
CIVIL SERVICE 1 DUNFERMLINE 10
While the first team were playing against Coventry City, the under 19s were in Edinburgh to face Civil Service. Dunfermline were two up after just five minutes and scored with regularity to kill the game off early on. A hattrick from Steven Leslie, two from a trialist and two from Jordan White accounted for seven. Another trialist, Harry McGregor and Ryan Thomson all hit the net with one.
Civil Service were nine down before getting a goal back five minutes from time.
Last season`s captain Lee Graham was still out with a knee injury aggravated with pre season running but coach Hamish French hopes to have him back for next week`s game at Steelend.
