Dunfermline put an end to Motherwell`s Scottish Cup hopes with a good first half performance and three goals within the first 47 minutes which made it impossible for the Steelmen to recover from.
Because his suspension applies to SPL only, Ian Ferguson was available and returned to midfield in place of the ineligible Mikael Panopolous. The only other change was Justin Skinner for Chris McGroarty as Jimmy Calderwood changed it from 4-4-2 to 3-5-2
