Dunfermline played their final Development League match of the season at the Excelsior stadium in Airdrie. Their opponents were Aberdeen, a side they lost 4-0 to at Peterhead earlier in the season. The Pars showed one change from the team that lost 2-0 to Kilmarnock just two days earlier; Conner Duthie, having served a one match suspension, coming in for Paul Joseph Crossan.
